I keep hearing Orogine say that surface dreams can be assembled quickly, but deep dreams can take much longer to assemble. This idea of \u201cassembling\u201d a dream is not something I have ever thought. When I ask who was doing the assembling, she told me that it was not something for me to know. She had told me also that the \u201cnew\u201d form of writing I was sensing, but not yet experiencing, would become known in dreams. Saturday, I had a dream that was the first to have any relation to writing since the vision on Wednesday. This dream contained two lines, which I both heard and saw on paper in the dream. On Sunday, I wrote out the two lines and then completed what seemed to be a nonsensical poem. Here is the poem:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Winston<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>May I call you Winston<br \/>\nThat&#8217;s not my name<br \/>\nI did ask politely<br \/>\nNo matter<br \/>\nThat&#8217;s it then<br \/>\nCall me Clyde<br \/>\nThat your name<br \/>\nNo<br \/>\nWhy Clyde<br \/>\nSounds better<br \/>\nNot to me<br \/>\nI&#8217;ve better ears<br \/>\nQuite a claim<br \/>\nEasy<br \/>\nYour point<br \/>\nNone<br \/>\nDone<br \/>\nYes<\/p>\n<p>One thing that I often experience is that when something \u201cpunctures\u201d my consciousness (like<em> assembling<\/em> a dream), I will experience this idea occurring in various ways. It feels something like a synchronicity. For example, shortly after wiring about dream assembly, in a news story about Laszlo Krasznhorkai winning the Nobel Price in Literature, I find\u00a0 a quote from him: he says: \u201cwait, wait for the truth to assemble itself, as it might at any moment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As always, comments and questions are always appreciated.<\/p>\n<p>Russ<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Saturday Memory October 11, 2025 My recent acupuncture vision has become something of am earworm.
