Acupuncture Vision – 081226
Acupuncture. The vision started in the usual way, but the scene was less colorful than usual, somewhat gray. Nothing happened for a long while and then a white bird appeared and flew about the stage, the tower, and over the seats where I was sitting. I watch the bird fly about and then Orogine’s voice asked me, “What do you see?” I answered: “A bird flying about.” “Well, yes, but what else?” I respond: “Just the bird nothing else.” Orogine: “You don’t see the pattern the bird is flying?” I say, “No, but I am watching that now.” This scene is repeated with a butterfly, then a bee, then a spider, a snail, and a sow bug. This was followed by a cat, a squirrel and a lizard. With each new animal, I saw the animal as well as the pattern it was moving in. Then Orogine said: “Good. Now think of dreams, thoughts, feelings and intuitions. You must learn to see the patterns that these things move in, like the animals.” At this [point the session came to an end and was followed by the strong energy boost. In addition, I experienced a strong feeling of wellbeing.
Russ, thanks for sharing your vision. My immediate response to it is that everything has its place in the universe and that place isn’t static. I’m pondering how/if this might apply in quantum terms. Immediately after, I recalled Russell Crowe as John Nash in A Beautiful Mind, when he’s lying in the grass on campus watching the patterns of the birds and, I think, algorithms as well.
Dreams are their own animal! (I often feel like I’m following a breadcrumb trail, and maybe that’s the pattern) I also see an octopus lurking somewhere, and maybe with endless tentacles.
As for a dream’s pattern(s?), Steven Spielberg said, “I don’t dream at night, I dream at day, I dream all day. I dream for a living.” He puts dreams in word patterns.
With thoughts, feelings, and intuitions (maybe less so), the patterns seem more identifiable, concrete, and more easily interrupted. I’m going to challenge that myself to see what else might be hiding there.
